The Community Center of Puerto Morelos is a place where children, youth, and adults can learn and/or share experiences, according to their desires and aptitudes, in the artistic-cultural field in order to complement their integral growth as conscious and reflexive individuals towards the society and the environment that are totally dependent on our actions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to foster and encourage artistic expression, popular culture and the various events that promote the preservation and enrichment of culture in Puerto Morelos, through workshops and training courses and/or leisure. Also to protect, preserve and disseminate the cultural and natural heritage of Puerto Morelos, though direct action, lectures and interpretive materials.
The values that govern us are Love and Respect. A society with access to the practice and enjoyment of the various genres of arts and flows of human expression and the preservation of their traditions and ways of life, founded on love and respect for others and our environment, will achieve optimum cultural development in harmony within the community and links with other societies.
